  • Registration Process:

    • You will create a unique username and password for your account.
    • We reserve the right to verify the information provided during registration.
    • Slick Styles Essex Ltd solely sells to business owners, and reserves the right to refuse service to any person, or business, that does not meet the requirements of a business.

    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
    • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.  
       
    • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • Account Termination:
    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any fraudulent or unlawful activity.   
       
    • We reserve the right to terminate accounts that remain inactive for a prolonged period of time.
       

4. Orders and Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by Slick Styles Essex Ltd.
  • Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of VAT.
  • Payment must be made in full before orders are dispatched.
  • Orders can only be placed through registered accounts.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday) will be shipped on the same day.
  • Free shipping is provided for orders exceeding £50 (excluding VAT).
  • Orders below £50 (excluding VAT) will incur a delivery charge of £7.95.
  • We aim to deliver within 1-2 days, but delivery times may vary.
  • Slick Styles Essex Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
  • Delivery is to mainland UK only. For other areas, please contact us.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • You may return unwanted Goods to us for a refund, exchange, or replacement. Requests for returns must be made via email and will only be considered accepted upon our email confirmation. Returned Goods must be received by us within 30 days of delivery, and must be in their original and unused condition. If an exchange item is unavailable, an alternative or a refund will be offered. Refunds for card purchases will be processed exclusively to the original card used for the transaction. In appropriate cases, we reserve the right to deduct our original delivery costs from the refund.

  • This restriction is in place to protect our brand integrity, maintain control over product distribution, and ensure fair competition among our valued business partners.
  • Any customer found to be in violation of this clause may have their account suspended or terminated, and may be subject to further legal action.
